We are currently looking for a reliable courier to deliver our larger items, our larger items are from 2kg upwards, these are basically the items that Royal Mail charge to much to deliver.

We are looking for reliability and honesty but a good price is always welcome.

Couriers that need not apply.

City Link (Missing Link), We need some one who doesn't have trouble finding addresses, perhaps supply your drivers with an a to z as you couldn't find our offices and were very rude when I arrived to collect our items.

Amtrak, you did very well but recently have become very unreliable not turning up to collect items and coordinators not syncronising your excuses very well.

Having now heard that Amtrak went into administration recently has made me understand the problem I have encountered, had I been more aware of this I would have been less critical of their poor service, their local staff have not been trained on how to deal with customers with the recent changes and made a total hash of things. I will be sticking with Amtrak until things settle down under their new ownership.
